When you submit an application through our online form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, contact details, school information, your essay responses, and any supporting documents you upload, such as proof of financial need or an admission decision letter.

Application information is used solely to review, evaluate, and select a recipient for the bursary or scholarship, and to contact applicants regarding the status of their submission. We do not sell or rent applicant information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
Applications are collected through JotForm, a third-party form provider, subject to JotForm’s own privacy practices. This website also uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor traffic; Google Analytics data is anonymized and is not linked to your application information.

This site uses standard analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Data Retention
Application materials are retained only as long as necessary to complete the selection process for the relevant award cycle, after which they are securely deleted.
